About the Artist

eWat (Esther Watson in the real world) has called Central Oregon home for over 20 years.  She originally hails from the Chicago area, but found a true home amongst the mountains and nature of Central Oregon.

During her formative years teachers would comment on eWat’s ability to fill notebooks and homework pages with all types of twirls and swirls.  A habit she continued into college, which even helped with learning the ideas and facts presented during lectures.  

eWat discovered the joy of a pen and sketchbook as a child and has refined her craft through the years. Her creativity flows freely into her career as a graphic artist and web designer and has led her to branch out into acrylic painting, as well as photography. You might say eWat was blessed with the best of both worlds. Not only is she a creative artist, she also mirrors the structure and attention to detail you see in her intricate pieces to her work in business administration.
